If you were injured in a motor vehicle accident and another motorist was found to be liable (at fault), you may also be eligble to receive compensatory damages to help pay for medical treatment.

Medical and Rehabilitation Expenses

ICBC Accident Benefits may provide reimbursement for medical expenses and rehabilitation services up to a limit of $150,000 for each person injured in a motor vehicle crash. "These services may include medical, dental, hospital, chiropractic or physiotherapy treatments, ambulance services, occupational therapy, speech therapy, prosthetics, medication, medical supplies or equipment."
